Gavin Davies appointed Field Service Manager

The early success of Baxi Commercial Division's heateam Commercial Service has led to the creation of a new role, that of Field Service Manager. Gavin Davies has taken on the challenge of this role, where he will be leading and managing the organization's field service team along with the field service agent network.

Gavin says, "In addition to expanding the field service team over the next 12 months, training is a big part of my role. As well as commissioning and servicing boilers, the heateam Commercial Service network has unrivalled knowledge and familiarisation with LZC solutions, which is now strengthened by the breadth of experience I can bring.”

Previously an engineer with North American Combustion, where he commissioned process plants in both the UK and overseas, Gavin joined Andrews Water Heaters, a brand under Baxi Commercial Division, as a commissioning engineer. Since the merger with Baxi Commercial Division, he has been working more closely with the Technical Manager, commissioning installations that incorporate LZC (Low to Zero Carbon) heating and hot water solutions.
