Andrews Water Heaters and Potterton Commercial, part of the Baxi Group, exhibited additions to their ranges alongside already well established and popular hot water and heating appliances together with a selection of LZC solutions.

The brand new NEOflo range was displayed, which extends the impressive selection of high efficiency, direct fired storage water heaters available from Andrews. The NEOflo features a fully condensing 316L stainless steel heat exchanger using a pre-mix burner, achieving a high efficiency of 106% net and ultra low NOx performance of less than 25ppm. The range incorporates the latest electronic controls, including digital temperature control and integrated diagnostics, which are accessed via the user-friendly BMS interface complete with LCD display. NEOflo is available in 200, 300 and 400 litre stainless steel storage tank options, with a quick recovery rate of just 430 litres per hr through a 50ºC rise for all models.

Also on display was the Sirius SAT, a totally new type of product to join the Potterton Commercial range, responding to a trend towards centralised heating and hot water solutions in multi-occupancy residential developments.

The Sirius SAT is a range of heat boxes for the provision and control of heating and hot water within each dwelling of a residential block of flats that is served by a centralised plant room. It also allows 'local' metering of heating and hot water consumption in each dwelling and facilitates remote reading of metered consumption, reducing meter reading costs.

The SupaFlo and SupaHeat range of water heaters and commercial boilers from Andrews features the new SF60 series which has seven models with outputs from 142kW to 539kW.

Together with the R300 series models starting at 74kW, a wider range of sizing options are now offered so that application demand can be matched even more closely. Recovery rates for the SF60 models range from 2,430 to 9,230 litres/hour with a temperature rise of 50ºC, virtually double the recovery capability of superseded models, and a net efficiency of approximately around 104%.

Andrews Water Heaters displayed both its evacuated tube and glazed flat plate solar collector options to complement the SOLARflo renewable energy water heating package. The innovative Andrews MAXXflo, Queens Award winning stainless steel condensing storage water heater was exhibited, alongside the traditional style ECOflo, high efficiency range of condensing glass-lined storage water heaters.

Potterton Commercial showed the GeoFlo 21.3kW ground source heat pump with a market beating 4.7 Coefficient of Performance (COP), together with the 115kW Paramount two, largest of the wall hung high efficiency boilers and the compact Sirius condensing boiler available in both floorstanding (FS) and wall hung (WH) versions.
