Support from heateam Commercial Service

16/03/2012

heateam Commercial Service is the instantly recognisable identity thorough which Baxi Commercial Division delivers its continuous support for all products supplied under its three key brands, Andrews Water Heaters, Potterton Commercial and Baxi-SenerTec UK, and more.

Through heateam Commercial Service, customers can sign up to a tailored servicing contract for their entire plant, designed to cover all heating and hot water equipment, including LZC technologies. Should the installation include a mix of Baxi Commercial Division products and other manufacturers' equipment, heateam Commercial Service technicians have the training and expertise to provide a complete service.

Both Andrews Water Heaters and Potterton Commercial have extensive product ranges that include complementary LZC solutions, such as solar thermal, heat pumps and Heat Interface Units. Baxi SenerTec UK markets the Dachs mini-CHP unit and, with more and more legislation being implemented to encourage installation of renewable technology, the number of these installations is growing in the UK.

Calling in heateam Commercial Service at the earliest stage of any project that involves integrating high efficiency boilers and water heaters with LZC technologies ensures that, right from the design stage, the installation will perform to maximise energy savings and carbon emissions. A heateam Commercial Service contract will provide assurance that equipment will be kept operating at its best for its full product lifecycle.

Individually tailored service contracts provide for regular on-site servicing of equipment and can be completed annually or at the requisite regular intervals, depending on product type, system design and usage of equipment.

The service includes replacement of consumable components, ensuring the products continue to operate effectively. It also provides the additional support of reduced labour rates and spare parts required, within the term of the contract. A reminder is automatically sent ahead of the service date together with a named point of contact.
