All of our products comes with a two year warranty, including parts and labour, if commissioned by Potterton Commercial. This is with the exception of our Sirius two range where we offer a five year warranty when commissioned by us.

If your boiler is out-of-warranty but you need a repair, we can help. We have a number of local Potterton Commercial approved service engineers who are trained on our and able to get the product running as quickly as possible.

Our commissioning service is designed to give you peace of mind when installing a new Potterton Commercial heating system. Our engineers will ensure that the new equipment has been installed correctly and that the controls are set to optimum operational settings to help you get the most out of your appliance.
